About Me
Originally from the Midwest I have a background in movement and sports which includes 10 years of experience in Physical Education, kayaking, Outdoor leadership, and Pilates instruction. I received my Pilates teacher certification through a 600 hour program at Ellie Herman Studios in San Francisco. I have also mentored under senior trainer Connor Aiken.
